Did your Mom ever tell you not to play with your food? I wonder why, because it can be so much fun! I play with my food now more than I was a kid! And I am getting all my photographer friends to play with their food now too! It is the rebel in me! LOL!! =)
You can turn every day jelly beans into a work of art, but only if you play!
I love jelly beans this time of year! Shows the colors of what is on the way! SPRING!!!
Simply by using a high aperture and a slow shutter speed you can create art! Just forget the rule of holding the camera steady and start to move the camera in small circles or swirls and release the shutter! Photography is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get when you just forget the rules and play! Let the kid inside out and let the magic begin! If you don't like how the picture came out, delete it! The important thing is that you had fun trying! And with digital, it didn't cost a thing!
This reminds me of the ocean shots in slow motion as the water rushes out by the rocks. This was done the same as above, but instead of moving the camera in circles, I hand held the camera and zoomed the lens out during the exposure!
This one reminds me of playing pool, and when you first hit the triangle of balls, the all burst into a different direction! Just love the rainbow of colors! Like it is raining jelly beans!
This one is my favorite, and I dedicate it to my rainbow!!
OMG! Kodachrome just came on my MP3 player!
Guess my rainbow got the message and likes it too! =)
Life is GOOD!
