This photo was taken in my front yard last year... I was on my way to work, and I saw the way the light was hitting the pumpkin and the leaves just right. So I ran back into the house and grabbed my camera and took some photos of it. Taking time to appreciate the simplest things in life is so important. We are fortunate to live is such a beautiful part of the country, I hope you all take the time to get outdoors and enjoy the foliage this weekend! My Mom was married on Columbus Day 60 years ago!! Have to make sure to do something extra special in her honor! I know she would love that!! I am sure I will find something amazing to photograph too!
