A new poem! Tell Me

This is what I think of when there if over three feet of snow on the ground, and short days and long nights! Even when the one's you love can't be with you, they can still bring out the best in you! This one came to me right after a long hard day, and I was thinking of my Mom. I'd like to think she sent the words to me. I wrote it in less than five minutes, so I know I got it from somewhere!  Why not the person I was thinking of at the time, right??? Enjoy! I hope your loved ones are sending you messages too! <3

Let Your Colors Burst in 2015 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I hope that 2015 is the year you follow your intuition, what is inside you and follow your dreams! We all have unique gifts and talents that we have been given. And these gifts are what make us the happiest! If we all follow our passions in life, then 2015 could be the best year yet!

Praying that all your new year dreams come true. More importantly that you have a Happy and Healthy year. Enjoy the little things in life. In the end, they are all that matter. Time shared and memories made will last forever! Happy New Year!

Day 28 ~ Inspiration, Take it a Step Further!

This plaque that I have says it all! Has my favorite words on it, but I wanted to add a little something to it! It is dark, raining and snowing outside, but my mind is on rainbows and bright colors on the inside! =) Hoping we get enough snow so I can go out and take some winter scenes tomorrow! But for now, I am staying warm! =) MB

Moving project 365 to Project 365 website!!!

Hi there, After a month of doing the Project 365 on two sites, I have decided to keep it just on the 365Project.org website. It is easier to access, and there are people from all over the world working on the same project, and you can see their work, as well as the comments etc. that they leave for me on my photos! So far I have had comments from the UK, India, Canada and other places around the world! It has been inspirational to see such great photographs from all over the world! I will use this website for regular blogging from time to time, but check out the following link, because that is where my Project 365 will be!!!!

Day 31 ~ Walking on Thin Ice, Literally!!!

This was so cool! Two days ago this pond was frozen! After a day of heavy rain, this is one of the last two pieces of floating ice left! The other was full of seagulls, so this looked like the perfect landing spot, but every time his feet hit the ice, it fell through! Love the picture, but a video would have had you laughing as much as I was!

Check out the holes his webbed feet left in the ice! =)

 

Day 30 ~ Midnight Magic

 

Tonight I went out with a friend and saw this glass swan! My friend said she could not wait to see what I was going to create with this one!! Here is the first of what I am sure is to be many! It is cold and dark and rainy tonight, and that is what inspired this photo! Hope you enjoy it! I also have something REALLY COOL to photograph, but only one photo a day! So, you will have to wait! =) MB

Day 29, Boston Light on a Cold Winter's Night!

Yes, It was as cold out as it looks! But the good news is, I got out to take the picture tonight! The Boston Light is beautiful to photograph any time of day, week, month or year! It is just so historical and beautiful!! Even on a cold cloudy winter night! Hope you like it!
